Supervision

Supervision is a service purchasing which you get a guarantee that the project will be implemented in full accordance with the design project. The workers will not be confused with the paint colours or with different Laminate finishes, all unpleasant surprises will be taken into account and handled without damage to the design., you won’t have to answer all the clarifying questions from the workers. We also guarantee that if any of the selected finishing materials are discontinued or unavailable at the time of purchase, we will get you an equivalent alternative and make the necessary changes to the working documentation. However, project management, organization and interaction with contractors still remain under your guidance; our job here is to consult.

The service is charged monthly, the exact cost is calculated individually, taking into account the specifics of the project.

A Supervisor will supervise the site on a daily basis or as the work demands.
Our specialist’s site visits, (usually 4-5 times a month or as it gets negotiated)
Keeping in touch during working hours via email, phone or video calls; answering crew’s clarifying questions
Acceptance of construction and finishing work stages, monitoring if the result complies with the project
Regular reports on the implementation progress
Making changes to the project with the circumstances at the moment taken into account
